These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, sessions, classes, workshops, courses, readings, healing work, coaching, digital content, programs, and other services provided by Yu Yu, operating under the trading name YuYu Healing.
By booking, purchasing, accessing, or using any service from YuYu Healing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Business Identity and Brand Names
Services are provided by Yu Yu, operating under the trading name YuYu Healing.
YuYu Healing is the brand through which services, sessions, courses, workshops, healing work, coaching, animal communication, and related offerings are presented and delivered.
SoulGuide™ Journey, Animal Mirror Protocol™, Regain Your Personal Power™ , and other named offers, programs, courses, workshops, methods, or frameworks are brand names, program names, or proprietary frameworks created and used by Yu Yu / YuYu Healing.
The use of a specific program name, such as SoulGuide™ Journey, on an invoice, checkout page, receipt, sales page, email, or client communication does not create a separate legal entity. It refers to the specific service, program, or offer purchased from Yu Yu / YuYu Healing.
2. Nature of Services
YuYu Healing provides intuitive, interpretive, spiritual, energetic, animal communication, healing, coaching, teaching, psychic, and personal development services.
These services may include, but are not limited to, animal communication sessions, animal healing, Reiki, coaching, spiritual guidance, intuitive readings, workshops, online classes, digital content, and related educational or personal development services.
You understand and agree that these services are subjective in nature. They may involve personal interpretation, symbolic information, emotional impressions, energetic impressions, intuitive insight, reflective inquiry, mindset work, self-awareness practices, behavioral exploration, and client-led integration.
Animal communication, psychic work, intuitive interpretation, spiritual guidance, energy healing, coaching, and transformational work are not a substitute for factual, scientific, medical, veterinary, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
All services are provided for personal insight, spiritual reflection, educational purposes, emotional support, self-awareness, and personal development only.
3. No Substitute for Professional Advice
The services provided by YuYu Healing are not a substitute for professional veterinary, medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
For animals, you remain fully responsible for seeking appropriate veterinary care, diagnosis, and treatment from a qualified veterinarian.
For yourself, you remain fully responsible for seeking appropriate medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice where needed.
You agree that you will not delay, disregard, or avoid professional advice or treatment because of anything received during a session, class, course, reading, healing, or communication with YuYu Healing.
4. Client Responsibility
You understand that all decisions you make before, during, or after using YuYu Healing’s services are your own responsibility.
YuYu Healing may offer intuitive insight, reflection, teaching, guidance, coaching, energetic support, or spiritual perspective, but you remain responsible for your own choices, actions, interpretations, and outcomes.
You agree not to rely on YuYu Healing’s services as the sole basis for making important decisions regarding health, veterinary care, relationships, finances, legal matters, business decisions, safety, or any other significant life matter.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Although YuYu Healing will use reasonable care, skill, sincere effort, and professional experience in providing services, no specific result, outcome, transformation, healing, accuracy, improvement, success, realization, or experience is guaranteed.
YuYu Healing does not guarantee that any information, message, interpretation, impression, coaching insight, healing result, personal realization, transformation, improvement, or outcome will be accurate, complete, reliable, factual, scientific, measurable, permanent, or free from error.
Coaching and transformational work require your active participation, honesty, self-responsibility, reflection, practice, and willingness to apply what is discussed during and between sessions. Your results may vary depending on many factors, including your personal circumstances, readiness, consistency, choices, actions, and external life circumstances.
Testimonials, examples, stories, or client experiences shared on the website, social media, emails, sales pages, or other materials are individual experiences only. They do not guarantee that you will experience the same or similar results.
You acknowledge that dissatisfaction with a result, outcome, personal interpretation, emotional response, or the level of change experienced after a completed service does not entitle you to a refund once the service has been delivered.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees are charged for the time, preparation, experience, skill, energy, teaching, facilitation, and professional effort involved in providing the service.
Fees are not dependent on the accuracy of information received, the outcome of a session, the client’s personal interpretation, or the result experienced after the service.
Payment must be made according to the terms stated at the time of booking or purchase.
YuYu Healing reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or cancel access to a service if payment has not been received, if payment fails, or if agreed payment terms are not followed.
7. Refunds, Cancellation, and Right of Withdrawal
Because YuYu Healing’s services involve time, preparation, energy, professional effort, limited availability, and/or access to digital or live services, refunds are generally not offered once a service has been delivered, completed, accessed, or started.
For completed sessions, readings, healing work, coaching sessions, live classes, workshops, courses, programs, digital content, or other delivered services, no refund will be provided.
If you purchase a service and later decide not to proceed before the service has started, any refund, rescheduling, credit, or cancellation option will depend on the specific offer, timing, and terms stated at the time of purchase.
For online purchases made by consumers in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, unless the service has already been fully performed with your prior express consent, or another legal exception applies.
Where you request immediate access to a digital product, online course, recording, live service, session, workshop, program, or other service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, accessed, delivered, or begun, where applicable under consumer law.
8. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a private session, you must provide at least 24 hours notice.
If you cancel, miss, or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, YuYu Healing reserves the right to treat the session as used.
For packages, programs, or multi-session services, unused sessions must be completed within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Late Arrival and No-Show Policy
If you arrive late to a session, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.
If you do not attend a booked session without prior notice, the session may be treated as completed and no refund will be provided.
YuYu Healing is not responsible for missed sessions due to incorrect calendar entries, forgotten appointments, internet issues, personal scheduling errors, time zone errors, or failure to attend at the agreed time.
10. Online Services and Technology
Many services are delivered online through platforms such as Zoom, email, video, online forms, payment platforms, course platforms, booking tools, or other third-party tools.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a stable internet connection, suitable device, and access to the required platform.
YuYu Healing is not responsible for technical issues caused by your device, internet connection, software, email provider, or third-party platform.
If YuYu Healing experiences a technical issue that prevents the service from being delivered, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide an alternative form of delivery.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
YuYu Healing makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the services, information, content, materials, guidance, results, or outcomes provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YuYu Healing disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, merchantability, uninterrupted availability, or error-free service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YuYu Healing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, emotional, financial, business, personal, or reputational damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, emotional distress, loss of goodwill, decisions made based on a session, or actions taken after receiving services.
YuYu Healing’s total liability for any claim relating to the services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
13. Personal Data and Privacy
YuYu Healing collects and processes personal data in order to provide services, manage bookings, process payments, communicate with clients, deliver free or paid resources, comply with legal obligations, and operate the business.
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the YuYu Healing Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected, why it is collected, the lawful basis for processing, how long it is kept, who it may be shared with, and what rights you have under applicable data protection laws.
By submitting a form, booking a service, purchasing a product, joining a workshop, downloading a resource, or contacting YuYu Healing, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy.

14. Marketing Emails
YuYu Healing will only send marketing emails where there is a lawful basis to do so, such as your consent or another lawful basis permitted by applicable law.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting YuYu Healing directly.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not prevent YuYu Healing from sending necessary service-related emails, such as booking confirmations, payment receipts, access details, reminder emails, replay information, or important information about a service you have purchased or registered for.
15. Confidentiality
YuYu Healing will treat information shared during private sessions with care and respect.
However, confidentiality does not apply where disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect legal rights, required for payment processing, needed to operate the business, or necessary due to serious safety concerns.
YuYu Healing may use anonymized or generalized examples for teaching, marketing, or educational purposes, provided that personally identifying details are removed.
Testimonials, screenshots, photos, animal names, client stories, or identifiable client information will only be shared publicly with permission.
16. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by YuYu Healing, including but not limited to written materials, recordings, worksheets, meditations, course content, workshop materials, frameworks, methods, exercises, videos, emails, digital resources, program names, logos, branding, and website content, are owned by Yu Yu / YuYu Healing unless otherwise stated.
SoulGuide™ Journey, Animal Mirror Protocol™, Regain Your Personal Power™ and other named programs, methods, frameworks, and offers created by YuYu Healing are proprietary to Yu Yu / YuYu Healing.
You may access and use YuYu Healing materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, teach, publish, upload, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any YuYu Healing materials, methods, recordings, program names, frameworks, or content without prior written permission.
17. Recordings
Some classes, workshops, sessions, or group programs may be recorded.
If a session, workshop, or class is recorded, you will be informed where appropriate.
Recordings may be used for replay access, internal review, educational purposes, or program delivery.
Identifiable private client information will not be shared publicly without permission.
18. Client Conduct
YuYu Healing reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate services if a client behaves in a way that is abusive, threatening, harassing, disrespectful, unsafe, discriminatory, or inappropriate.
In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered at YuYu Healing’s discretion, subject to applicable law.
19. Right to Refuse Service
YuYu Healing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where the service is not appropriate, where there is a conflict of interest, where professional boundaries cannot be maintained, where payment terms are not followed, or where continuing the service would be unsuitable.
20. Changes to Services
YuYu Healing may update, change, replace, or discontinue services, prices, packages, formats, or availability at any time.
Changes will not affect services already purchased unless necessary due to circumstances outside YuYu Healing’s reasonable control, in which case reasonable alternatives will be offered where possible.
21. Changes to These Terms
YuYu Healing may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be posted on the website with the updated date.
For significant changes affecting existing clients or purchased services, YuYu Healing will take reasonable steps to notify affected clients where appropriate.
22. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts or authorities as determined by applicable law.
